GENERAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS INFORMATION

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM ET on Friday will ship the following Monday.

Business Days
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International shipping is not available on this site.

Shipping Conditions
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Verification
For security purposes, SWISS DETOX may contact you to verify your order or shipping address. This may result in a brief delay in dispatch.

Lost or Stolen Packages
SWISS DETOX is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, except where required by applicable law.

Taxes
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.


ORDER TRACKING AND DELIVERY
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You may also view the status of your order by logging into your customer account.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. In-stock items will ship first. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add, remove, or modify items to ensure fulfillment accuracy.


Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be accommodated prior to fulfillment. Please refer to the Return Policy below for details.

 

RETURN POLICE

Eligibility
Only products purchased directly from swissdetox.com are eligible for return through this website. Products purchased from authorized retailers, professionals, or third-party websites must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Items received without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

Return Time Frame
Returns must be requested and shipped within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Condition Requirements
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products that are defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping must be reported within 10 business days of delivery.

Please retain all original packaging and products for inspection.

Exchanges
Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after the returned item is received.

Exchanged items must be returned and received within 10 business days; otherwise, the original payment method may be charged for unreturned products.

Return Shipping
Complimentary UPS Ground Shipping is provided for approved returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, except in cases of customer ordering errors.

Refunds
Once returned items are received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

- Products that have been used, opened, or are not in original packaging

- Promotional items, complimentary gifts, or samples

- Final sale or limited-edition items, unless defective upon arrival


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please include your order number and the reason for return or exchange to receive your RMA and prepaid return label.

Securely package the product(s), affix the provided UPS label, and drop off your return at any authorized UPS location.
