REDEFINING SKIN HEALTH

Inspired by over two decades of pioneering expertise and a profound understanding of how environmental factors influence skin aging, Daniela and Alan Castioni founded the SWISS DETOX® brand in Zurich, Switzerland, 2015.

Since 2006, the entrepreneurial couple had been among the first in Switzerland to introduce ENDOTINE, a bioabsorbable implant for facial lifting, as well as MESOLIS for skin rejuvenation, the so-called aesthetic mesotherapy. 

Two years later, they launched STYLAGE, a premium dermal filler from France featuring advanced monophasic technology, followed by the original German-made medical DERMAROLLER. 

A few years later, they established the ME. Medical Touch practice for aesthetic and plastic surgery together with Prof. Dr. Dr. med. J. F. Hönig, while simultaneously introducing MEDICUBE by Swiss Medical, the first ultrasound device for non-invasive fat reduction. 

During this period, they also established several cosmetic-medical and luxury skincare brands across Switzerland. Their path eventually led them to a Japanese laboratory in Tokyo, specializing in highly precise nanomolecular hyaluronic acid technologies and employing methods grounded in NOBEL Prize–winning scientific discoveries.

The close collaboration with this distinguished research team, guided by the vision and scientific direction of Daniela and Alan Castioni, laid the foundation for the first conceptual SWISS DETOX formulation.

To bring this visionary dermatological skincare philosophy to completion, the base formula, along with what would later become the DERMA-REPLEX® Complex, was further refined in Switzerland with the utmost care. It was ultimately produced to a level of artisanal quality that unites supreme purity, efficacy, and exceptional gentleness. 

At the helm today is Milana Castioni, an accomplished founder with extensive expertise in brand development, product innovation, and international distribution. Under her leadership, SWISS DETOX has evolved into a family-driven venture rooted in the core Swiss values of precision, integrity, and long-term vision.
